I no longer want a place on Earth,
When everyone around me is just to easily hurt.
I"m convinced no one wants anything to do with me.
The soul inside me is dying more rapidly.
Possibly faster,
Than I anticipate.
Nothing seems to stop it,
Something I can't explain.
I'm convinced,
I am becoming.
Nothing short of a pessimist,
Nothing more than a cynic.
This is all a vicious cycle.
It needs to be cut off at the source.
My conscience,
For my family.
Is the only thing,
Keeping me here with you.
I don't know what the fuck to do.
That's what I thought,
Before you got to me.
Showed me that I can take the world.
Everything will be alright.
Everything is fine.
Turns out all you need in life,
Are worthy companions.
Because a life lived all alone,
Is not a life worth living at all.
I'm convinced,
I am becoming.
Nothing short of a pessimist,
Nothing more than a cynic.
If I'm a cynic,
I see the negative in every situation.
But don't confuse my honesty,
For my hatred.
I no longer want to be a cynic,
I no longer want to feel this hatred.
I no longer want to be a cynic,
I no longer want to feel this hate.
Raw, expressive, and achieves a remarkable balance between melody and sharp hardcore edge. It presents a type of duality that makes euphony and cacophony sound beautiful together, like rice and beans (a complete protein) :) Love the sound, this split demonstrates impressive talent! Kenny McGalem
